I found Cakes by Sam.com on surfing the net. I was planning for my wedding. I have never been so impressed by a company in all my life. Sam was a true pleasure to work with, she had so much great input that really helped me plan my wedding. And the cake on my wedding day was simply awesome! It tasted as great as it looked. Everyone raved about it at my reception. I would highly recommend Cakes by Sam.com to any bride that wants an awesome wedding cake or groom's cake. Her work is truly art.

My fiancee and I met with Sam and were very disappointed. She was very rude and uncooperative.
We wanted our cake consultation to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead she was very hostile, argumentative, and had little interest in what we wanted for a wedding or groom's cake.
Unless you want to be talked down to, I would not bother with this cake decorator
