Katrina made us a beautiful wedding cake, for our small mountain ceremony, this past May 1st, 2007. The cake was delivered to our location, on-time and as promised. Katrina had met with us in advance, to give us an opportunity to taste a few different cakes, fillings and frostings, and to discuss what kind of cake we wanted. She came prepared with several wedding magazines and photo albums of past cakes she'd done to help give us some ideas. We were able to mix and match different features, to end up with a very customized cake just for us. On our wedding day, our cake not only looked just as we'd pictured it, but it tasted wonderful as well! I highly recommend "Katrina's Cakes & Creations"!! Verdict: 10/10
