We had a wedding cake made fresh.. the service was first rate.. she met with us at her home and went over cakes for nearly 2 hours.. she was the cheapest in town.. under cuts any bakery in town.. she doesn't charge by the slice but by the cake.. she charges like 25 dollars for fillings that a bakery would charge 150-200 per cake.. she uses homemade icing she makes.. she will make any flavor, shape, and travel anywhere to get the business. We were sceptable at first becasuse she is a home bakery.. but.. wow.. she met with us and made changes all the way up to 2 weeks before the wedding. She didn't push servings, cake size etc. She is very inexpensive (as cheap as Target). She makes all different flavors and made 22 dessert cakes which turned out awsome.. I highly recommend her. Wow.. can't wait for our free cake on our 1st year anniversary. Rhonda Verdict: 10/10

First rate job. Way better than the over priced bakery and poor quality in st. paul, Woulets. Wow.. I priced Woulets bakery and for a basic 3 tier cake with no design started at 1500 dollars.. Creative Cakes by Alyssa was able to make a 3 tier, filled, and 23 dessert filled cakes for each of the tables for only 1200.. omg.. She blows Woulets away with price, quality, and customer service. The only draw back is trying to get her to book a weddding.. she only does one wedding cake per weekend. Also, I asked Woulets how many cakes they do in a weekend, they say that they make around 14 tiered cakes a weekend. I asked them, when do they get started baking their cakes? she told me that they start baking on a Monday and they sit around in a fridge or freezer until Saturday.. Creative Cakes starts baking on Thursday night and doesnt put her cakes in the freezer... What a find.. Verdict: 10/10
